Amy provides compassionate and evidence-based care for adults seeking emotional well-being. Whether living with grief, anxiety and/or stress responses, Amy offers a personalized approach to integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Family Systems to support her client’s unique needs.

With over two decades of experience in clinical social work, Amy is passionate about helping individuals heal and evolve. Amy will help you identify and use your own values and ethics to make decisions that best address your needs. She brings expertise in trauma-informed care while serving men, women, non-binary and LGBTQIA+ identified individuals. Amy also has a commitment to our Veterans helping them integrate, sometimes difficult to express experiences and move towards thriving in the present.

Amy’s holistic approach is rooted in her own mindfulness practices. Amy cultivates a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions and develop new skills while recognizing the resilience people already have. When she’s not in the office, Amy enjoys meditation, gardening, and making pottery, reflecting her commitment to balance and self-care.
