With over two decades of experience, Amy is passionate about helping individuals manage major life changes and evolve based on their own values and ethics. Amy can work with you to address stressful life changes in relationships, health/medical conditions, as well as mid and late life transitions. She brings deep expertise in trauma-informed care, working with men, women, non-binary and LGBTQ+ identified individuals. Amy also provides therapy to our Veterans supporting the integration of sometimes difficult to express experiences and movement towards thriving in the present.

Amy’s holistic approach is rooted in her own mindfulness and compassion practices. Amy cultivates a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions and cultivate new skills while recognizing the resilience people already have. When she’s not in the office, Amy enjoys meditation, gardening, and creating pottery, reflecting her commitment to balance and self-care.
