About Megan Ambros (She/Her)
Megan Ambros is a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing since 2017. She completed her master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Megan specializes in working with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and challenging seasons of life. She is trained in evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. Mindfulness and self-compassion are foundational to her approach.
Outside of work, Megan is a fanatical gardener, reads every novel with a beach scene on the cover, and tries (but mostly fails) to meditate every day.
