Andrea Satre is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been independently licensed for over 12 years. Through her own journey of healing, she was introduced to the transformation that can occur in a safe space without judgment. Andrea takes a holistic perspective on mental well-being and believes that healing is possible.

Andrea’s areas of interest include mood and anxiety related concerns, maladaptive coping known as Body Focused Repetitive Disorders, and complex trauma. In the office, Andrea uses Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Internal Family Systems. With horses, Andrea will use EAGALA and Natural Lifemanship principles. Andrea values clear communication, curiosity, psychoeducation, and compassionately holding space to explore the roots of the presenting challenge.
