About Erin A Shannon (She/Her)

Erin Shannon, LCSW, helps teens and adults navigate life challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and practical strategies that support lasting change. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy to patients across Wisconsin, working collaboratively to help people better understand their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful personal goals. Erin supports individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also offering care for a broad range of mental health needs. Erin also enjoys helping individuals explore personal growth through mindfulness and a holistic view of mental health. She recognizes the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, daily routines, relationships, and life transitions. In therapy, she integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences and goals. She has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and first responders, among other populations. Erin earned both her undergraduate and graduate education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Outside of her professional work, Erin enjoys cross-stitching, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her cats.
