Nicole Lotz is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2020. She graduated from Alverno College with a degree in Community Psychology.
Nicole believes in building a genuine, nonjudgmental, trusting relationship that focuses on the individual’s strengths. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Nicole’s main areas of focus include depression and anxiety.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hiking, gardening, sewing, and spending time with her various pets.
