About Erin Macier (She/Her)

Erin Macier, LMFT, helps individuals and couples regain emotional balance, strengthen relationships, and build resilience during challenging seasons of life. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and couples therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults throughout Wisconsin, offering a supportive and structured environment where meaningful change can occur. Erin’s clinical focus includes anxiety, PTSD and trauma, and couples’ issues, while she also treats additional concerns such as depression, grief, life transitions, and parenting stress. She works with adolescents, teens, and adults, tailoring care to the developmental and relational needs of each stage of life. Her approach integrates evidence‑based treatment with empathy and collaboration, helping clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping skills. Erin is especially committed to providing individualized, relationship‑centered care. She brings deep attention to emotional safety, trust, and strengths‑based growth, supporting clients as they navigate complex personal and relational challenges. Erin believes therapy is most effective when it honors each person’s values, lived experience, and capacity for resilience. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Erin draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and couples counseling to support healing and long‑term progress. She also has experience working with select populations, including military members and veterans. Outside of her clinical work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, boating and kayaking, dancing, and music through playing piano and singing. Her faith is also an important source of grounding and meaning in her life.
