Delanie Gaskill, LCSWA,
About Delanie Gaskill (She/Her)
Delanie Gaskill, LCSW-Associate, helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults throughout North Carolina build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Delanie works with individuals and families facing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression, while also helping clients develop practical strategies to improve emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. Delanie is especially passionate about supporting young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She understands how these concerns can affect school performance, self-esteem, family relationships, and overall quality of life. Using an individualized approach, she partners with clients and their caregivers to identify strengths, address obstacles, and create meaningful goals that support long-term growth and success. Her therapeutic style combines evidence-based care with warmth and authenticity. Delanie utilizes interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build effective coping strategies. She also offers family therapy and case management services when additional support is needed. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, Delanie has experience supporting clients with childhood behavior concerns, trauma-related challenges, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other mental health needs. She works with a variety of populations, including individuals involved in adoption or foster care, those with autism spectrum disorders, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Since beginning her clinical career in 2022, Delanie has remained committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. She earned her education through Winthrop University and strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, celebrating progress, and developing the skills needed to thrive. Outside of her professional work, Delanie enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, often running, hiking, and exploring nature together. She also enjoys yoga, Pilates, reading a wide variety of genres, watching movies, and relaxing with friends.
Delanie Gaskill provides services with supervision.
