Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care and emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, and skill development. Through couples therapy and family therapy, she also helps strengthen communication, foster connection, and navigate relational challenges in a constructive and supportive manner. She offers additional therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Michelle is committed to providing care that respects each client’s experiences, values, and strengths. She believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing and works alongside clients to help them identify meaningful paths forward. Her warm, person-centered style allows clients to explore challenges with confidence while developing tools to support long-term emotional wellness. She earned her education from New York University and New Jersey City University, building a strong foundation in counseling, human development, and relationship-focused care.
