I’ve been doing therapy through LifeStance now for about a year and a half now and I will not be changing providers anytime soon. It was extremely easy to get set up with a provider, and the platform they use for telehealth is easy to navigate and user friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had difficulty using the platform or connecting with my therapist on there. My therapist, Tara Ely, has been nothing but excellent since day one. The LifeStance online portal itself is also very user friendly. You can receive text messages or email reminders for your upcoming appointment which have been very useful for me. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! See for yourself.

I have been seeing Lori Goldman for sometime, she is the BEST therapist I have been to. She uses many different techniques to help me with my PTSD. Lori is a great listener and makes me very comfortable in discussing any issues I may encountered. She plans every visit and make sure there is some sort of activity to engage me. I am so happy I have found her cause she's truly making a difference in my life. I highly recommend Lori Goldman she is GREAT!!!!

My therapist kellie that I have been seeing for the past month and half has truly helped me heal and grow again . She really has been a great help for me understanding things how to communicate and learn things about what do to and handle things . Work on things too after our visits . She is a great person in and out . I will continue to like and give her and life stance 5 reviews . She deserves it . A truly great woman

Lifestance was recommended to me by a friend, and it was so easy and convenient to find a therapist who was a good fit for me, and schedule appointments, upload documents, etc. Nicole Komenda has been a fantastic support for me as I navigated divorce after a 24 year marriage. She truly helped me so much in getting back on my feet and back in touch with who I am. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Nj Lifestance is great, the only issue was the telehealth services were not working. I think there are technical issues when it comes to the virtual appt- but other than that the therapists are great! The virtual appt was just not working great which was concerning. It was cutting in and out a lot and we had to re upload it 2 times.

Nicole is great, easy to talk too, that is important for someone like myself that has mental disorder for almost 48 years, very happy with lifestance, the office is very clean, the secretary (front desk) employee is very good and a great personality, important for people that are nervous
