Jessica Llamas Zielenski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds a master degree from Rutgers University. She has been in practice for more than 25+ years. She is passionate about working together with her clients. She believes that everyone works hard in finding who they truly need to be. Her goal is simply: Help bring change to Live Life to the fullest while working through personal obstacles, managing day to day stressors that may hinder the ability to function. Jessica works with children as young as 3, their families as well as working with individual adults and couples. She has a background in Art/Play Therapy, highly utilization relaxation techniques, Cognitive behavioral therapies, and ABC Modules for Behavioral Therapies. She also enjoys facilitating group sessions when needed. The gamma of modalities she utilizes are evidence based, holistic, eclectic, expressive, and firmly structured. Jessica has a background in pediatric disorders, learning disabilities, divorce, trauma, grief, and simple transitions from primary, middle, to high school. She also has a background working on Substance Abuse issues level of care, Codependency, and the family dynamics; She is knowledgeable with NJ Disability Law, proficient in children who have 504s and Individual Educational Plan. Jessica is proficient with Bowenian Family System as well with Couple Therapy utilizing Imago dialogues, Emotional Intimacy and Relational conflict management. In her free time, Jessica loves to travel, listen to audible books, paint, draw, spend quality time with friends and family, but her most ultimate favorite pastime is to play with her rescued puppies. She loves the teaching of the Dali Lama, Brene, Brown, Marianne Williamson, Doreen Virtue, Mr. Rogers, and Winnie the Pooh.
