Kali Snook, LAC,
About Kali Snook (She/Her)
Kali Snook helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults throughout New Jersey build confidence, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop healthy coping skills for life’s challenges. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, developmentally appropriate therapy for young people experiencing ADHD, anxiety, and childhood behavior concerns. Kali believes that every child and family has unique strengths, and she works collaboratively to create a supportive environment where growth, understanding, and positive change can flourish. Kali is especially passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate anxiety, behavioral challenges, and attention-related difficulties. She understands that emotional and behavioral struggles can affect school performance, family relationships, peer interactions, and self-esteem. By creating a safe and encouraging space, she helps young people better understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop practical tools that support success both at home and in everyday life. Her therapeutic approach combines evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Kali also incorporates parenting skills support to help caregivers strengthen communication, foster positive behavioral change, and build healthier family dynamics. While her primary focus includes ADHD, anxiety, and childhood behavior concerns, she is committed to addressing the unique needs of each child, adolescent, and young adult she serves. Kali believes that meaningful progress often happens when families are actively involved in the therapeutic process. Through individual and family therapy services, she partners with both patients and caregivers to promote emotional growth, improve coping skills, and strengthen relationships. Her goal is to empower young people with the confidence and tools they need to navigate challenges and reach their full potential. Outside of her clinical work, Kali enjoys practicing yoga, staying active through fitness, reading, cooking, spending time with family, and relaxing at the beach. These interests reflect her appreciation for balance, wellness, and the importance of nurturing both physical and emotional health. Kali earned her education from Liberty University and The College of New Jersey. As a Counselor Associate, she brings warmth, dedication, and a patient-centered approach to every therapeutic relationship.
Kali Snook provides services with supervision.
