Halle Walcott, Therapy Clinician

Halle Walcott, MS, LAC

Halle Walcott helps adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across New Jersey develop practical coping skills, build emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges through compassionate, evidence-based therapy at LifeStance Health. She provides individual therapy tailored to each client’s goals, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

Halle earned her education from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and the University at Albany, SUNY. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in both clinical knowledge and genuine empathy. Halle works closely with adolescents and teens, as well as adults across the lifespan, to address emotional distress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, she helps clients better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns. She also offers additional areas of focus to meet a wide range of mental health needs, ensuring personalized and adaptive care. Halle is particularly dedicated to supporting individuals navigating identity development, grief, and major life transitions, helping clients process complex emotions and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Halle has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and fosters an inclusive therapeutic environment where every client feels respected and supported.

Outside of her clinical work, Halle enjoys traveling, going on walks, and learning new languages. These interests reflect her curiosity about people and cultures, which enhances her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Halle Walcott provides services with supervision.
