About Hannah Herrera (She/Her)
At LifeStance Health, Hannah Herrera helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout New Jersey navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall quality of life. She provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, helping patients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful personal growth. Hannah offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique goals and circumstances. Hannah is especially dedicated to supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands that these challenges can affect every aspect of daily living, including relationships, physical health, career satisfaction, and self-confidence. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, she helps patients identify patterns that may be contributing to distress while building practical strategies for healing, resilience, and emotional wellness. Her approach integrates proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Hannah believes that successful treatment should address the whole person, not just symptoms. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she has experience helping patients with a variety of additional mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Hannah creates a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel respected and empowered to make lasting changes. She works with individuals seeking therapy for mental health conditions, stress management, grief, women’s mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, and substance use-related challenges. Her goal is to help patients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping abilities, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Outside of her clinical work, Hannah enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, watching films, and exploring other forms of art. These interests contribute to her appreciation for diverse perspectives, creativity, and lifelong learning, values that help inform her work with patients from a variety of backgrounds. Hannah earned her education from Miami University of Ohio and the University of Denver. As a Counselor Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, she brings extensive clinical knowledge and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.
Hannah Herrera provides services with supervision.
