Julie Kemps-Rowley, LAC, is a therapist at LifeStance Health who works with adolescents, teens, and adults across New Jersey. She helps clients build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create more meaningful connections in their lives. Julie offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can process challenges, gain clarity, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

She has a special passion for supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD, recognizing how deeply these issues can affect relationships, careers, and overall quality of life. Julie also works with clients managing ADHD, bipolar disorder, school avoidance, and life transitions. Her approach combines empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. When helpful, she may incorporate psychological testing to guide treatment planning.

Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, engaging in the arts, exercising, and spending time with loved ones—values of balance and creativity she brings into her therapeutic practice.
