I absolutely love and trust my psychiatrist Dr Sostree! The office is lovely and the staff is always so nice. The only negative is I always book an in person appt but when the date comes around I get telemedicine reminders and then have to call to change it and nobody can figure out why. I dont have a half hour to spend on the phone while this person calls that person who has to call another person and not everyone is around at the same time so then they have to call me back and its a giant pain. Hope they get this figured out!

setting up the appointment was fast and easy. telehealth and in person options. different locations. patient portal works amazing. my therapist, Laura Troy, takes her time and hears you. puts in the right amount of effort and flows with you during your sessions. shes easy to talk to, easy to get in contact with, and ends with things to look forward to for your next appointment.

Love my therapist Kimberly Castillo! Have a cultural connection was important to me in finding a therapist who understands me. She has helped me grow so much in the last 2 months. Grateful to the help I am receiving. The convenience of doing it from home is amazing.

Making a decision to gor back to therapy wasn't a easy one. The nervousness of speaking to someone I don't know was intense, however Ms. Troy made the experience comforting and was easy to speak freely with. I'm looking forward to my next session.
