Uploading my information and paying my copayment was easy and seamless, so I'm not really sure where the negative reviews about appointments are coming from. My first visit was a telehealth appointment, and Farhana was incredibly easy to talk to. I’ve always been apprehensive about seeing a therapist, but it really helps—especially when my emotions are all over the place. My second visit was at their Paramus location. The office was clean and beautiful, and I was happy to meet Farhana in person.
