Hi, I’m Jordon Constantino, an associate counselor with LifeStance.

I have experience with kids, teens and adults who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, mood changes, and stress / burnout. I can also offer support with challenges from neurodivergence, and exploring gender identity or sexuality.

My goal is to fully understand who you are, and what you’ve been through, in a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and be yourself without judgment.

In our sessions, we’ll look at what’s been feeling hard lately and how to make things a little easier. I use different approaches depending on what works best for you, always aiming to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll focus on building skills, understanding patterns, and helping you feel more confident handling challenges.

My hope is that our work helps you feel more like yourself—and more confident in living an authentic and genuine life.
