Yuhan Wang, MS, LAPC,
About Yuhan Wang (She/Her)
Yuhan Wang helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults in Pennsylvania navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills for lasting mental wellness. As a provisionally licensed counselor associate at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Yuhan works with individuals and families facing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression, while also supporting those experiencing grief, trauma-related symptoms, school avoidance, and other mental health concerns. Through a warm, collaborative approach, she helps patients develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and confidence in daily life. Yuhan is especially passionate about helping people improve their relationships and interpersonal connections. She is deeply interested in understanding how people relate to one another, what strengthens those bonds, and what barriers can create disconnection. Whether working with children, teens, adults, couples within family systems, or individuals navigating social and family challenges, she helps patients identify patterns, improve communication, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful connections play a powerful role in emotional well-being and personal growth. Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and family therapy interventions. Yuhan has experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and those involved in adoption or foster care. She also offers additional support for a variety of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns beyond her primary areas of focus. Yuhan earned her education from the University of Rochester and Lehigh University. She began practicing in 2025 and is committed to ongoing growth as a clinician while providing thoughtful, person-centered care. Outside of her professional work, Yuhan enjoys drawing and painting as creative outlets for reflection and self-expression. She loves spending time outdoors hiking and connecting with nature, and she values balancing time with friends with quiet moments spent reading a good book or enjoying video games. Her curiosity about human connection and relationships continues to inspire both her personal interests and her work as a therapist.
Yuhan Wang provides services with supervision.
