At LifeStance Health, Hayley Budnick (they/she) helps teens and adults across Pennsylvania navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with thoughtful, evidence-based care. She offers individual and couples therapy designed to improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and build practical coping skills, providing accessible mental health support throughout PA. Hayley specializes in sex therapy, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and PTSD/trauma, working with clients who feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, emotional distress, or past experiences. They support teens, adults, and seniors managing depression, identity exploration, and complex life adjustments, including midlife and later life transitions. Her experience includes working with individuals on the autism spectrum, those with developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, while also offering care for a broad range of additional mental health concerns. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals navigating gender identity, reproductive challenges, chronic illness, and intimacy concerns, including sex therapy, helping clients build a more authentic and connected sense of self. Hayley is well-versed in topics such pleasure, dysfunctions, kink/BDSM, and polyamory. They earned their education from American University in Washington, DC and Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Outside of her clinical work, Hayley enjoys bird watching, practicing yoga, musical theater, and keeping up with reality TV, bringing curiosity and balance into their daily life.
