Shacambria Wright helps adults and older adults throughout Pennsylvania navigate emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based therapeutic care. As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she works collaboratively with patients to create a safe and supportive space where healing, self-discovery, and personal growth can take place. Her primary areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting individuals facing a broad range of additional mental health concerns. Shacambria is especially passionate about helping individuals manage transitions and the emotional impact of life’s many changes. Whether someone is coping with grief, midlife adjustments, relationship stress, reproductive challenges, or shifts related to health and wellness, she helps patients develop practical skills and emotional resilience. She recognizes that periods of change can be overwhelming, and her goal is to help patients move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. Her therapeutic approach is individualized and grounded in the belief that each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Shacambria incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices to help patients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful change. She also provides couples and family therapy services and has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and first responders. In addition to her primary specialties, she offers support for numerous other mental health and behavioral health concerns. Shacambria values authenticity, trust, and cultural sensitivity in the therapeutic relationship. She strives to empower patients to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Her work is focused on helping individuals not only manage symptoms but also create fulfilling and balanced lives. She earned her education from Gwynedd Mercy University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in counseling and mental health treatment. Outside of her clinical work, Shacambria enjoys spending time with her family, reading, listening to music, photography, creative arts, and community involvement. These interests reflect her appreciation for connection, creativity, and lifelong learning.

Shacambria Wright provides services with supervision.
