It was simple an easy to schedule an appointment along with a follow up appointment, I just happened to find it confusing as I was also scheduling a few other appointments on the same day, and managed to misread my notes and forgot everything I had scheduled. So it was a slight problem when I attempted to participate in my scheduled appointment for today. When the therapist reached out to me today, she made it simple to log into our zoom meeting, she was understanding an empathetic for the difficulties I had experienced. She completed a complete intake assessment and got to know me well, along with confirming our follow up visit for next week. I’m now confident that I won’t experience the same challenges to participate in our visit next week.

After having many traumatic things happen in my life, I finally decidedly it’s too much for me to handle on my own. I turned to Life Stance for some help learning coping and to put my trauma in the past for good. Even during in-take I was given tools to help me. I highly recommend them if you are needing someone to talk to for anything form stress to manic bi-polar. They are very informed and helpful. Remember ‘The World Is A Better Place With YOU In It !!’

The mental health system is not a system. It is a cruel chasm that people are thrown into by fate. LifeStance has been the one consistent light in said chasm. Each provider I have interacted with has been annoyingly moral and flexible in their application of their craft. I wanted to mistrust them so much soooo much but here we are. Come here if you want help.

Dr. Pamela May really cares. She puts all the effort into making sure she is prescribing the proper medicines. She is a good listener and really cares to get to know her patients. She is caring. She has even reached out to see how I was doing after my mother passed away. I am happy to know that there are still doctors who really care. I am thankful for her.

Dr. Zaman is the best! I highly recommend him. He has helped me get off some of the medicine that I had been taking for many years. I have been very pleased being able to go online to have my appointment with him. Along with to talking to on the phone. He's great to talk to! My family even notice the difference in me.

I have depression since I was a child. I have seen so many psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and social workers that I have lost count. I saw Dr Karl Oberg at Life Stance in the Warrington office. He listened to me very attentively with understanding and compassion. I definitely give him 5 stars.
