I located my Life stance through my insurance. When I called, they matched me with a therapist within a week for virtual appointments. It was easy to complete the paperwork before hand and access the Zoom call for the meeting and the therapist is great very supportive and offers advice as I tell my story. My only drawback is, I didn’t know what my co-pay was exactly before the appointment and it took a few days to get the bill afterwards, but that would be my only issue is not knowing your co-pay right upfront otherwise it’s been a great service

I had the pleasure of seeing Nabila Murshed. When I first started I was at my all time lowest point of my life. She took the time to really know me and understand my triggers. I can happily say that I have learned so many coping strategies from my therapist. I am able to live my life without negative thoughts/behavior. I am so happy I got the help I needed. I encourage everyone to get help if you need it, that is what makes you strong.

My therapist is great. I’ve seen many therapist in my life and I have to say Valerie really listens and provides me with support and encouragement. I wouldn’t be the same today without her help. Now the doctors not so much. Didn’t have or feel a connection or trust in him like I do with Valerie. Thank you Valerie your a life saver ❤️

I saw Dr. Daurizio. She was patient and the whole experience was nice. To be able to log onto the phone or computer and talk is a blessing! The system was very easy to use! Couldn't be better in this day and age where there's not much time for self care. This is great❤️
