I located my Life stance through my insurance. When I called, they matched me with a therapist within a week for virtual appointments. It was easy to complete the paperwork before hand and access the Zoom call for the meeting and the therapist is great very supportive and offers advice as I tell my story. My only drawback is, I didn’t know what my co-pay was exactly before the appointment and it took a few days to get the bill afterwards, but that would be my only issue is not knowing your co-pay right upfront otherwise it’s been a great service

I can happily say that I have learned so many coping strategies from my therapist. I am able to live my life without negative thoughts/behavior. I am so happy I got the help I needed.
