My experience with Rachel is sincerely the single most positive and empowering experience I have ever had with a psychiatric provider. She listens intently, offers her time without hesitation when the moment calls for it. I have never felt rushed or unheard. Her responsiveness is, again, unlike any other provider I’ve had in the past. She possesses a unique sense for urgency and responds not only appropriately, but extraordinarily; all while maintaining excellent professionalism. She is, undoubtedly, the brightest light in a space I’ve been trying to navigate for over two decades now. It is a profound privilege that I have access to her unique approach to psychiatry.

Rachel takes her time to understand my needs and what I've experienced through treatment and works diligently to partner with me to navigate treatment. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of psychiatric care. The best provider I've had for medication management out of dozens. She listens, takes time to understand free of judgement, works with me on scheduling appointments depsite my chaotic work hours, and helps me navigate hesitancy and fear with medications. Those are qualities you do not find everywhere. AMAZING care!!

I’m grateful to have Rachel’s support and guidance. As a psychiatric NP, she embodies both professional expertise, as well as understanding and compassion. She has earned my confidence and trust. Before Rachel, my meds were handled by my primary doctor. I can see now, that was not in my best interest, as she didn’t have the knowledge and training that Rachel has. I highly recommend Rachel.

She explained my treatment and options clearly. Including benefits and the potential side effects of medication. I felt respected in the treatment options we've developed together. I found Rachel to be a caring professional. As I mentioned to her yesterday, my past experience with psychiatric professionals has been a 10 to 20 minute interview at most. Rachel was interested in my background and took the better part of an hour to carefully discover my medication needs. I look forward to continuing under her care.
