Introduction To Mindfulness Group in Pennsylvania

This group introduces a mindfulness‑based approach to mental health through present‑moment awareness and grounding practices.

Group Focus:

Are you looking to learn more about mindfulness?

This 8‑week virtual group builds foundational skills to cultivate present‑time awareness, support emotional grounding, and regulate reactions. The coping skills taught can help manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, and other stressors.

Participants: Anyone interested in learning more about mindfulness

Cost: Insurance and self-pay

When: Virtual on Thursdays from 7 to 8 p.m., starting June 11 and ending August 6, 2026

Specific directions on accessing the sessions will be provided after your registration is completed. Registration is available to adults in Pennsylvania.
