Kennedy Rodarte helps teens and adults across Washington navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. As a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for concerns such as anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), creating a supportive space where clients can better understand their experiences and build meaningful, lasting change. Kennedy is dedicated to helping individuals identify their strengths, develop resilience, and move toward greater clarity, healing, and personal fulfillment. Kennedy is especially passionate about supporting women’s mental health across different stages of life. Her clinical interests include reproductive challenges, perinatal and postpartum mental health, perimenopause, and the emotional impact of major life transitions. She also works with individuals healing from trauma, including experiences related to abuse, accidents, military service, birth trauma, and other significant life events. Using a culturally aware and affirming approach, Kennedy helps clients explore questions of identity, belonging, relationships, and purpose while fostering self-compassion and empowerment. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and personalized, recognizing that no two healing journeys are alike. Kennedy incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based techniques, and parenting skills interventions to help clients develop practical tools for managing stress, navigating relationships, and coping with difficult emotions. She has experience working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, military members, veterans, and others seeking support for complex personal and relational concerns. She also offers support for grief, midlife transitions, and additional mental health needs. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2022, Kennedy has remained committed to helping clients create narratives that reflect their values, strengths, and goals. Her educational background includes training at Seattle University, Mount Saint Mary’s, and Antioch University Seattle.

Outside of her clinical work, Kennedy enjoys cross-stitching, kayaking, reading, fishing, cooking, and taking road trips. These interests help her stay grounded and connected to the balance and curiosity she encourages in her therapeutic work.
