Through hands-on activities and nature exploration, participants will learn to notice their body’s signals and understand their reactions.

Week 2: Calming Skills
Participants will learn simple, effective calming skills like breathing, relaxation, and grounding to help their bodies feel more in control.

Week 3: Feelings
Through creative activities, participants will learn how emotions show up in their body and what can help them cope.

Week 4: Thoughts
Using stories and interactive exercises, participants will practice becoming “thought scientists” who can shift unhelpful thoughts.
