Social Skills Group For Adolescents in Louisville, Kentucky
Join us for a welcoming and supportive group therapy experience focused on building strong social skills and meaningful connections.
Group Overview
This group offers a safe, collaborative space where participants can practice essential interpersonal skills, reduce social anxiety, and gain confidence in their ability to form and maintain healthy relationships. Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and guided support, participants will grow socially while feeling seen, heard, and encouraged.

• Understanding unspoken social rules
• Relaxation tools and positive self-talk
• Conversation and active listening skills
• Building friendships with intention
• Assertiveness and conflict resolution

• Graduation and reflection on progress
Participants: Middle school age students (ages 10 to 15 years old); Parental involvement will be required for at least one session.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Kentucky

Facilitator:
Rachel Kolodziej is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) & Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana and Kentucky who has been practicing since 2015. Rachel graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies.
