Unfortunately I was running very late and felt awful about it because I was really looking forward to this session. I made a call earlier to instruct the staff of my late arrival. When I finally made it into the office my therapist was very understanding and let me know that he was already notified. I’m so glad that communication is a big part of this facility. I’m glad that was taken care of. As far as my session is concerned I had a very comfortable session. I’ve had a great experience with LifeStance. For the first time in my life, at 46 years old, I’m making real changes and growing.
