My husband and I bought our first home Jan 2024. When I walked in I knew that it was our place and I knew that we were going to move my 80 year old sister in with us. She is losing her eyesight and she has lots of memory issues. So at the end of March we moved her to Grand Junction. It has been a challenge for everyone. I have mental scars from her that Joanna has helped me with. Since she has moved in every week it is some challenge that we are dealing with. She is 10 years older and she likes to rub that in my face. I am learning to stand up for my self. I look forward to our visit every week.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience with LifeStance. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment but they were very honest that it might take some time due to demand. I appreciated the honesty. But I answered some questions & had an appointment within a week. I also appreciate that if needed, I could change counselors through LifeStance but my first counselor has been the best. I have done therapy off & on for years, I’ve never felt so seen by my therapist. Great options, super easy to get an appointment, all the weird hassle & worry taken away! Very happy.

Before attending I was unaware of my own parental issues and how they affected my every day actions and mental health. But, after meeting with my therapist, she helped be realize and sense forth I have been able to actively improve myself after identifying a key stressor in my life. That alone has been invaluable. The only complaint I have is about the building itself, being it can be difficult to locate at times, and most times, the front doors are locked after 7, so I usually have to use the back doors.

I have been going here for a few months now. I see Stephanie. I’ve had nothing but great experiences so far. I do virtual and in office visits. Always greeted when arriving and checked in with no issues for in office visits. I personally haven’t had to go through waiting long periods of time to see my therapist which has been so amazing compared to some of my past experiences. I would highly recommend this place!

The providers are amazing. I started seeing a therapist and psychiatrist about 2 years ago for well being and mefication management. Both have taught me so much. I faced the loss of my parents and brother between October 2022 and February 2023, I could not have made it through without them, they genuinely care.
