I was provided this link to write a review about my Psychiatric services I receive through Lifestance Health and although he is not taking any new patients, My provider there Dr. Will deserves an outstanding review as I have been in psychiatry since I was nine years old and turned 47 this weekend yet can confidently say Dr. Will is the best psychiatric provider I have had my entire life and I got so lucky! One of the amazing things about Dr. Will is his medical background as a psych psychiatric nurse practitioner Makes him in my opinion far more of an expert on my holistic well-being then a regular psychiatrist because he factors in my medical issues such as hypothyroidism, He recently ordered my Primary Care Doctor to do an EKG to make sure my heart was all right after a recent hospitalization because he is that thorough, He's constantly educating me on how different psychiatric medications work in different parts of the brain and he's an expert neuroscientist, And as if all this isn't enough, He has outstanding charm and charisma with a super uplifting personality that forces a smile even on my worst days! I am so incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Will as my provider. He is also very responsive in a very prompt, timely manner whenever I reach out for questions through the phone or Patient portal, And he even went above and beyond and called me on Thanksgiving when he was obviously off when I was in crisis and assisted me tremendously every time I've needed help! I wouldn't dream of going to another provider, I am very excited for him to learn he has been recently promoted (I'm guessing since he now handles the ketamine program as well) And if he was promoted it is well deserved and he deserves another in my opinion! He's charming and brilliant and I'm so lucky!

LifeStance was the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I’ve always attempted to self-help myself and tell myself I didn’t need anyone to vent to that I could handle it. All in all I couldn’t. I broke down. I started seeking help, deciding it’s time to face my trauma and accept my disabilities. I have been seeing a psychiatrist for almost 6months. She is so good. She made me feel comfortable, I could trust her, n this was me meeting her for the first time. First impressions matter to me. I couldn’t be more appreciative to have her. My therapy sessions are always making me feel heard and validated. Having my therapist in my life has helped. She provides tools and mantras and just such good advice. I am very satisfied with LifeStance. It may take a few psychiatrists and/or therapist but just trust the process. All you need to do his let them know they are not a good fit and they will help find another. Thank you LifeStance!!!

Adam, the receptionist he is the best one ever he always gets back to you. He’s always on time and he always make sure you get an appointment and he make sure that you are truly satisfied and Jordan what can I say about him? Kids act in over 20 years I have never had anyone diagnosed me and treat me with medication that were and now I’m going to the gym. I got a job. I got businesses I go to the RT I have family all things to Jordan and his firm and Winnie any help without Adam being the receptionist always taking my calls when I needed advice I needed to reschedule. He always was there. Never a sick call.

I have been impressed with the care I have received from the psychiatrist and therapist at Life Stance. Both have been attentive to my needs and practical about treatment possibilities. Both have been very helpful to talk with. Both have taken the time to get to know me and my needs. I have been very lucky to have both to confer with. Their advice has been practical and extremely helpful.

I have only had a few appointments, but so far I really like Dr. Rumbaugh, he seems very caring, knowledgeable and interested in helping patients. All of my appointments have been via zoom so I can’t say much about the actual office, but the person who helped me book my initial appointment was very nice.
