I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I came in and she took my name and copay. I only waited five minutes for my appointment. A great improvement by the receptionist. 8/23 - I think the two clinicians I see are excellent. They have both helped me tremendously. 9/25 - It’s not easy to make a new appointment when you’re on the phone with the person you are making an appointment with. I suppose if I had previously turned on my iPad it would have worked better.
