Dr. Cook is one of a kind. I am an extremely career driven person, and so I recognize AND appreciate when someone is exceptional at their job. Dr. Cook exemplifies every single component of an effective therapist. She listens and asks guiding questions instead of telling you what you think, which I have experienced in the past. Instead, she listens, talks through the situation with you, and THEN will apply a diagnosis if necessary. She then systematically AND carefully prescribes treatment, as well as explains the treatment thoroughly and in terms that anyone could understand. When I first began working with Dr. Cook, I could not believe what I was hearing about myself. Fast forward a few months, and my life was changed for the better after her treatment. I am SO glad that I trusted her with my mental health, because she has changed my life forever. Also, she is AMAZING with quick, timely communication. If I ever need anything, she responds within at LEAST an hour via the communication hub. If you are even thinking about talking with someone, DO IT. Do not wait, and Dr. Cook is your person, hands down.

NP Kelly Cook gave me my life back! I struggled with reoccurring OCD intrusive thoughts, retro active jealousy triggered by extreme stress from my career. I was at rock bottom broke out in hives just got married, just had a baby, and moved into a beautiful new home. I was at risk of losing everything. I’m a man of faith and begged God to deliver me from my mental torment. I made an appointment to lifestance health and within 1month NP Kelly Cooke was able to gift me back my sanity! My life is exceedingly better after being in her care, I even picked back up the saxophone after not playing for 11years. Me playing the saxophone again sky rocketed my self esteem as I rekindled my gift for music. If it was not for her I WOULD NOT be the man I am TODAY! THANKYOU!!!

I love working with Dr. Saundra Trouslot! She is empathetic, patient, and willing to work with you every step of the way. I love the flexibility of telehealth and still having in person visits! I highly recommend life stance. Dr. Trouslot was a lifesaver and really helped me get back track. She is amazing! My only critique is the intake process (which has nothing to do with the acutal psychiatrist, again, she is awesome). I felt like it was pulling teeth to get someone to understand the type of appointment I wanted. However, after asking another client how they set up an appointment I was able to get through. I encourage training that makes intake agents more patient and willing to listen when setting up the initial consult.

I can't speak highly enough about Kelly Cook. I've been seeing her for the last year and she has been wonderful. Kelly really takes her time getting to know her patients. A lot of times with previous Psychs I've had, my appointments were always just about how the meds were and very surface level. Kelly has consistently put in the effort to understand the context of her treatment within my life. It's something that has added nuance to my health journey that was missing before and adds a level of trust that I hadn't had with previous providers. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking help with their mental health. P.S. She also got me (and my partner by proxy) to start using electric toothbrushes and it was a total game changer!

Dr. Visaggi Is very compassionate and understanding. As a first-time therapy participant, I needed someone to help me navigate personal support and provide objective insights…Dr. Visaggi created a welcoming and safe place, making each session an opportunity to gain practical tools for making sound decisions in complex situations with a member of my family who has had many strokes. Her expertise and tailored approach have been invaluable. She’s wonderful!

I have had an OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE experience with Lifestance, and in particular with Kelly Cook. I've been working with her for a few months now, and it's been literally life changing.
