Anastasia Titova, MA, LPCC
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My client-centered, trauma-informed approach provides a safe and supportive space for healing, resilience, and personal growth. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress-related symptoms, psychological trauma and life transitions, integrating evidence-based methods with holistic and creative therapies.
Originally trained as a psychiatrist in Moscow, Russia, I transitioned to psychotherapy after moving to the U.S. I earned my Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. This diverse training allows me to incorporate mindfulness, DBT, and expressive arts to explore emotional and behavioral patterns, foster self-awareness, and promote lasting change. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Expressive Arts at the European Graduate School, deepening my expertise in integrating creativity into modern mental health care.
