Andrea has a BA in creative writing from Lindfield College in 2002, then received MA in counseling psychology from Gonzaga in 2004. She has worked with individual and group counseling for people who are blind/visually impaired and for those who are adjusting to new acquired vision loss. She has done case staffing and was involved with conflict resolution for women living in transitional therapeutic homes (recovering from DV, mental illness. Substance use, etc). Andrea has facilitated a coming out support group at a LGBTQ+ support center and has worked with depression, anxiety, general life stressors/transitions, chronic pain/illness/disabilities. Andrea taught 4 classes at Spokane Falls Community College on personality and aging and counseling specialties courses. Theoretical Orientation:
