Ashley’s approach to working with you relies heavily upon her background in working with individuals who have suffered childhood trauma and her ability to put you at ease with her calm and kind presence.

Ashley earned a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. Her career experience includes 7 years serving adolescents in a residential treatment environment who were in need of therapy and support to re-engage with the community successfully after being placed out of their homes. Ashley also worked at a behavioral health hospital providing individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults during their short-term hospitalization after experiencing a mental health crisis.

In therapy, Ashley utilizes various modalities to support your achievement of your goals including: CBT, a Trauma-Informed approach, Person-Centered Therapy, a Solution-Focused approach, a Strengths-Based approach, Systems Theory perspective, and Psychoeducation in order to best meet your needs.
