Indiana Rich is a compassionate clinician at LifeStance Health who provides therapy services to teens, and adults across Massachusetts. She works collaboratively with clients to navigate emotional and behavioral challenges through a warm, supportive approach grounded in evidence-based care. Whether helping a teen working through anxiety, or an adult managing stress and life transitions, Indiana’s goal is to create a space where each client feels heard, valued, and empowered. Indiana is especially passionate about supporting individuals impacted by anxiety, trauma, and substance use concerns. She understands how these challenges can affect daily functioning and relationships and works with clients to build insight, resilience, and tools for healing. Her integrative approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, and mindfulness strategies, tailored to meet the needs of each person she works with. Indiana also provides specialized care for populations including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, those with developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ and foster/adoptive communities. She is skilled in addressing a wide range of mental health needs, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, postpartum anxiety, and pain management. Her clinical focus includes working through complex life transitions and promoting long-term emotional wellness. Outside of her professional work, Indiana enjoys music, hiking, photography, and exploring new places through travel. Her passion for connection and creativity shines through in her therapeutic relationships. Indiana is proud to support individuals and families throughout Massachusetts in achieving greater mental health.
