I have been involved with LifeStance Health, since they were previously known as Child & Family Psychological Services in one way or another over several years after my original counselor, from a different agency, died. I have never had a negative experience with any direct care providers, the billing department, nor front office support staff. Any questions have been answered thoroughly and respectfully. However, I must admit that the decrease in live, in-person support staff is a bit off-putting; I am still a fan of dealing with people in-person and feeling a bit more like a human being. I do, however, understand that this is an overall trend throughout this field as well as many other fields. I also understand that this is not limited to LifeStance. In general, the technological aspects are well established and run smoothly. On the few occasions that we have encountered any issues with technological glitches, they were typically resolved with a simple telephone call to support staff (although they were often located at a different site) OR the provider directly. Although I appreciate the former days of smaller, more personable agencies, LifeStance has been striving to maintain the balance and doing a darn good job as we all adjust to a different way of doing things. Thank you to all the people of LifeStance, my family and I appreciate the care, concern, and respect afforded to us all. Again, thank you LifeStance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adler for over 20 years and have watched his practice go from relative autonomy to one constrained by large corporate rules that remove those autonomous decisions that their practitioners had. Obviously Dr. Adler is an excellent clinician but is retiring soon and I will have to continue my treatment elsewhere. Office staff has always been pleasant whether over the phone or in person. I recommend this group of practitioners who understand the nuances of medication treatment whether the patient is using one med or is more complicated and on multiple med regimens.

Dr.s Judy and Trish are a high point in my day. I look forward to our visits. They are both great listeners, but are intertwined with the visit. They offer good advice but aren't pushy. Dr. Judy gives me homework, but is very patient when I have trouble understanding it. I feel very fortunate to have found such great therapists and am thankful. I have been in therapy since I was 17 and am 73 now, so I know what I am talking about as I have seen the mediocre to the outright negligent and inept. Thanks, Judi

I go to LifeStance for both my therapist and psychiatrist and I highly recommend! The online platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. I do telehealth appointments and never have any issues getting into my appointment via email and then Zoom. Both my therapist and psychiatrist listen to how I'm feeling and what I have to say and assist/make recommendations where necessary on my desired goals.

I have been involved with Life Stance Health for sometime now. I find my Medication provider to be supportive, caring and validates my experience and what I am feeling. This allows me to feel more confident. I have felt other staff to be kind and very helpful when on the phone. If I have to leave a message they always get back to me and they always treat me with respect.
