He is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides individual, couples and family therapy for adults and older adults with anxiety, mood disorders, relationship problems, transition issues, trauma, grief and loss and cultural issues. Dr. Frederick Smith achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Tufts University. He earned his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Assumption College and his Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology specializing in child and family and neuropsychology at Alliant University (formerly California School of Professional Psychology-Fresno). Dr. Smith completed internships at West Outreach Community Mental Health Center and Fresno County Department of Mental Health, Adult Day Treatment/Older Adult Day Treatment.
