Emily Brisben provides compassionate support to adolescents and young adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Serving teens in Ohio, she creates a safe and welcoming space where young clients can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and develop resilience in a supportive environment. Emily’s approach emphasizes collaboration and understanding, helping teens feel empowered as they work toward their personal goals.
She is particularly passionate about guiding teens through grief, trauma, and emotional challenges that can arise during adolescence. Emily integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients process difficult experiences, manage symptoms, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Her work supports individuals in building confidence, emotional awareness, and long-term coping strategies.
