I’ve gone through a lot of ups and downs since losing my mother in 2017. I’ve had some pretty bad days since then as well, but things really started to change for the better when I came to LifeStance. Though it took me a while to build the right support network for me, I would’ve never been able to do it first and foremost without GOD and without the guidance of my counselor there and the people that support them. I just need to say THANK YOU 🙏 for helping to get where I am and for helping me continue to heal and grow past the past and the passed.

I have been struggling finding a place that I could get into to deal with my post traumatic stress disorder & LifeStance was able to get me in quickly to get my medication and I’m able to meet with a therapist on August 22 this might not seem like a big deal to others however trying to get into a therapist or psychiatrist the wait takes months and months . Life stance really could see that I needed they help immediately therefore I was able to fit me in immediately versus me being on a waiting list for 2 to 3 months!

4.75 stars. Love my therapist and have made loads of improvements in my life. I’ll continue coming as long as my therapist lets me lol. But my ONLY complaint is that there’s never a front desk person 90% of the time I go and the stupid kiosk check in doesn’t work so I can’t even pay my co pay and it piles up and becomes super inconvenient. I wish either the kiosk worked so I could check in and pay or someone would stay at the front desk. But that’s just me.

I really like lifestance health in Mason, the clinic is so tidy, clean and the staff are nice. I've been seeing Mona Breitbeil for 3 years. She has helped me through many difficult situations, she is on time, focused and knowledgeable and knows a lot of books to introduce. She even helped me through my education, I was so confused what to do in my life, she enlightened me what major too choose. Now I'm studying at UC and I have a goal.

Today was my first appointment with LifeStance. I absolutely hit it off with my counselor, she made me feel very comfortable, took the time to listen and hear me, we already have a game plan on where we are going to start with therapy. I really couldn't be happier with the services I received today and look forward to working with her and LifeStance.
