Danielle received her Master of Science in Counseling Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. Danielle is a licensing candidate for the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy with more than 3 years of experience working with adults, groups, as well as children, adolescents, and their families through a range of situations. Danielle has been working in the mental health field with children starting as young as 6 years old, to adults in retirement. Specializing in treating clients who struggle with co-occurring disorders, adapting techniques from both traditional and creative modalities of therapy to provide the best modality for each client. Danielle specializes in addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Danielle uses a CBT, holistic, and mindfulness approach to working with individuals who are struggling with mental health issues;while incorporating an empathetic, non-judgmental approach that utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach.
Danielle believes that it is important to establish a relationship and create a foundation with the client, to create a safe environment to work together to establish meaningful change. When she’s not working, D enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, being outdoors and trying delicious foods. Danielle is under the supervision of Matthew Delamatter, LPCC, MA, who oversees a team of community-based practitioners.
