This place has been really great to me. First off, they got me in SO FAST in a real time of need. The staff was incredible, the first gal I talked to had me laughing so hard, we were having a lot of fun. Second gal I talked to was very empathetic to me, I was quite emotional on the phone just learning about my friends passing. She helped me with everything so I didn't lose my apt. The doctor I met with was caring and dug into my past to find out more about me. She really listened and took the time to make me feel really heard and cared for. I'm very excited to start my new journey with this company.

My experience with LifeStance Dr. Gray and Shabrack have been extraordinary. At this stage in my life, this treatment team has helped me manage and cope with navigating through changes and processing grief, loss, security and acceptance. I made the switch to life stance to get more specialized treatment for my mental disorder. I really appreciate the psychotherapy that comes along with the ability to write prescriptions. "Ben Twogood at Lifestance is the best counselor i have ever had". That is the first thing my PCA client said when I picked him up from his first appointment. I've been going to therapy for about a year now and I've seen a difference. My therapist listens to me and actually hears what I am saying.
