I have had a great experience with LifeStance overall. The intake and booking process was done online when I started. Very easy. My therapist is also fantastic so far. I have met with her 5 times so far. At each appointment, I am able to schedule future appointments directly with my therapist with ease. I have family members who also go here and they are having a great experience as well. Highly recommend them.

My booking experience was easy and simple. I’ve use this service before when I’ve needed to talk through my parents passing and even divorce or even a failed relationship after. I found it to be better then sitting with my thoughts alone and no outlet or guidance. Thank you to ALL therapist that give a light at the end of a dark tunnel .

My daughter feels like it's a good place for her to express her feelings. The staff really helps her there. I also feel like it helps her because when she comes home from therapy. She's able to talk about her experience and what they talk about. So that's helpful for me to understand with her mental illness.
