About Tamara Clement
Dr. Clement has more than 30 years of experience as a psychologist in an outpatient setting. She works with individuals from young adults through seniors, addressing a wide range of issues, including life transitions, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma.
Her favorite mode of therapy is EMDR, an extensively researched and highly effective approach to helping people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety and depression.
Dr. Clement counts it a privilege to walk with clients in the healing journey. She particularly enjoys engaging with clients who wish to integrate their personal faith in this process. She also has an interest in working with clients to address lifestyle factors, including nutrition and exercise, that profoundly impact emotional, physical and cognitive health.
