About Jamie Tolle (She/Her)
Jamie Tolle is a licensed clinical social worker who takes an integrative, human-centered approach to therapy. She believes therapy works best when there is a balance of empathy and challenge. She aims to offer a space where clients feel supported as they explore their inner world, patterns, and concerns with curiosity and compassion.
Jamie works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other emotional and personal difficulties. Her approach is individualized and draws from multiple therapeutic frameworks, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When clients are interested, Jamie also incorporates existential and spiritually-informed perspectives to support deeper exploration of meaning, identity, and purpose. She additionally uses the Enneagram as a tool for increasing self-awareness, insight, and growth.
