Jeffrey is a graduate of The Chicago Medical School and completed his psychiatry residency from Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. He believes in a cognitive behavioral orientation and provides pharmacotherapy or individual psychotherapy with pharmacotherapy. He works with patients 18 years or older and has experience treating ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief/loss, medical conditions, OCD, post partum depression, PTSD and sleep disorders. In his spare time, he enjoys music, gardening and the outdoors.

Dr. Schack is professional and has a way of drawing out the patient to think and use emotional intelligence in solving a problem. He is an expert in teaching one to pause and examine the real cause of a problem or event. He carefully outlines behavior choices and the results of choosing one or the other in moving forward. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Schack especially in dealing with right side and left side of the brain. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Schack in providing counseling and results of a behavior that may need to be changed or fine tuned

I'm very pleased with Dr. Schack as my psychiatrist. He is helping me to be able to handle everyday life in baby steps I can compute it in my brain. At 62yrs young its hard to find someone who gets yer hell journey in life that brought me into chronic condition I in. Thank you for yer excellent service. Peace Happy Learning to be.
