Jenna Kuru, PMHNP
Growing up in Montana, Jenna obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Montana State University in 2009. She spent much of her nursing career working with clients affected by severe, acute and chronic mental illness. Jenna later went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2018 and is certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Jenna is trained to provide medication management, psycho-education and psychotherapies of various modalities across the lifespan. She has experience with treating a range of diagnoses to include depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar, PMDD, and OCD. With a holistic approach, Jenna incorporates nutrition, activity, chronotherapy, and mindfulness techniques into her practice. Jenna believes that each individual is on a unique journey through life and her goal as a mental health provider is to help her clients find balance and wellness.
