I’ve had a great experience with Keren Dietz Roberts. She had some tough shoes to fill - my previous long term doctor passed away. I did receive support and went to a session first with someone from the company who notified me my doctor passed away. Something didn’t fit - not same connection. This was all a challenging time as I was obviously seeking treatment for mental health, and honestly grieving. I researched a lot and LifeStance Health stood out with stellar patient reviews. I called to connect with the Doctor who had the best reviews - not surprising they are fully booked and not accepting patients. However, I had a good feeling about them so I proceeded to meet with the doctor they recommended instead, Keren. I’m so glad that I made that choice because Keren is honestly amazing. She created safe space and genuinely cared. I could tell quickly she was so authentic, and truly cared about me as a human. I will not be making any changes ever if I can help it. I’m so happy with the support I found. These type of relationships are very personal and when somebody dies… The way you’re treated is very important in my eyes given the industry of mental health. I highly recommend this company and Keren if she’s taking patients.

Amber is the best therapist there is, hands down!! She has an incredible skill set gained from years of experience with patients with trauma, substance abuse, and mental illness of all sorts - and it shows! It was a miracle finding her and that she is now offering individual sessions. Amber is empathetic, non-judgmental, and is truly invested in her patient’s recovery. This shows by her remembering every detail you’ve ever told her, validating experiences, and holding you accountable. I leave my sessions feeling heard, positive, and that I have useful tools for future stressors. I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you, Amber!!

William Fox is who I seen . It was my first appointment. He was kind and compassionate and is very good. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. I have had so many counselors and he was in the top 2. We talked about things that I haven’t talked about or been asked. I know now where my trauma stemmed from the exact moment it all began. I believe my trauma caused all my health conditions. He helped me so much in just that first session. It was extremely hard but worth it.

This is a model for what all mental health groups should be. I've literally never had an easier time making an appointment and seeing the bios of available doctors. I did it all from my computer in 5 minutes. I also happen to love my particular doctor, but even if I didn't it seems like it would be super easy to switch. Billing is also very easy.

I appreciate Cindy and all she has done for me. She listens , she does her due diligence, she’s very knowledgeable , and she takes the time to get to know her patients. Where I am now, compared to where I was a year ago. I wouldn’t have been able to get through this without her Thank you Cindy B.

I found it strange trying to find a therapist online, but I couldn't find any close to me. So I went through LifeStance, and the therapist I have is wonderful. She listens to things good and bad, and offers support. I am thoroughly happy with her and LifeStance!
