Justin enjoys working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents and has extensive experience in working with individuals and families that are affected by trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. He uses a variety of approaches to therapy and utilizes a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating mind, body, and soul care. Justin considers himself bilingual with spending many years studying and working in Germany as a translator. He has also volunteered and spent many years as a student missionary with the fellowship of catholic university students (FOCUS) along being an active member of the Catholic church. Justin is also a Veteran who served a total of 9 years with U.S. Army Reserve and the Minnesota Army National guard. Where he worked a variety of jobs and has acquired a variety of experiences from his time in service to the country. What can you expect in therapy? Therapy is a special and safe place in which you can explore your own experiences. Your story is as unique as you are. Therefore, you are in charge, but you are not alone. One of Justin’s strengths is to build a strong and stable therapeutic relationship with clients as they journey through the therapy process together.
