Kristi Sook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She earned her Master of Social Work degree at UW-Milwaukee where her training focused on the treatment of mental health and trauma counseling. Kristi completed her alcohol and drug counseling coursework at Moraine Park Technical College. Kristi works with clients age 16 and older. Kristi is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specializes in working with trauma. Kristi has extensive experience working with individuals seeking help for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relationship/family issues, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Kristi works with each client to develop an individualized plan to empower them to overcome past traumatic experiences and make changes that improve the quality of their life and relationships with others.
